Hi, I'm George Oyang

Hello! My name is George Oyang, and I am a mostly self-taught full-stack developer who has a passion in designing, and creating applications for the web! Despite being self-taught, I do come from an engineering background. I studied Mechanical Engineering for my undergrad, and shifted my focus towards Robotics and Mechatronics for my masters degree where I was exposed to various aspects of software development, from the basic fundamentals of programming to more advanced topics like machine learning, and machine perception. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for computers and programming, and decided to shift all of my focus to this field.

It has been about a year and a half since I took my first university level programming course, but it feels as if my programming journey has only just begun. I am excited about many things in this space, but what I am most excited for is what the future of technology will bring, and along with it the opportunity to be directly involved within this space, and the infinite possibilities of applications that could be built!
